By inculcating Yoga practices and mindfulness in kids from an early age, we not only channel their energies into guided bodily movements and help them develop the qualities of patience, calmness etc., but also ensure that they are ready to dive deeper into the world of Yoga as and when they feel like.
Using various techniques specifically designed to engage kids into getting Yoga, these classes focus on kids aged 5 to 15 years. These techniques include music, storytelling, games, crafts, using adequate props etc. that make the classes more interesting and fun for kids.
